Ancelotti puts JT in clear

So just what do you make of the revelations yesterday in the News of the World newspaper that stated that John Terry, captain of Chelsea and England accepted £8k out of £10k  handed over by undercover reporters for a tour of Cobham, Chelsea's training ground in Surrey.

Chelsea issued a statement which said: "Contrary to media reports and the appearance of edited video this morning, the club is confident that at no time did John Terry ask for, or accept any money in relation to visits to the training ground."

So there you have it, JT has not accepted any money.

The story surrounds an ticket tout called Tony Bruce who according to the paper accepted the money during the meeting with the reporters and  JT at the training ground.

The so called sting suggests that JT has used his position at Chelsea to aqcuire a few bob, in this case for charity.

But more telling he was doing it without the club's consent. You can see for yourself what the video shows and says and make your own mind up.

Carlo Ancelotti believes JT when his  captain told him and the club: "It's not true. The club, me and the players have confidence in JT that he's done nothing wrong.

"John Terry has told us it is untrue and we have accepted that. No, I have not seen the video."

So what do you think should happen next.?

Will the club haul JT over the coals and fine him?

Will the club do nothing?

Should the club do anything?
