The former Milan coach left Chelsea in the summer after two years at Stamford Bridge and has been out of work since.
He has been linked in recent days with a move to PSG, who are rumoured to be unhappy with current coach Antoine Kombouare despite sitting atop of Ligue 1 on the back of a 12-match unbeaten run.
However, the 52 year-old, who won the Premier League and FA Cup double with Chelsea in 2010, dismissed suggestions that he is set to take over at the Parc des Princes.
"Who said that? I want to stay in England. It is not a surprise that my name is linked to things because I am free, but I can assure you, there is nothing concrete," he said.
PSG's sporting director Leonardo has previously worked with Ancelotti in Milan and, in an interview to be published in the French sports daily L'Equipe on Tuesday, the Brazilian claims that the pair met last week.
In the same interview, Leonardo also makes a less than convincing case for wanting Kombouare to remain at the club for the rest of the season.
"That is the idea. When you get married, you don't think about divorce," he is quoted as saying.
In another interview with the daily Le Parisien, which is to be published on Tuesday but of which extracts have been seen by AFP, Leonardo is quoted as saying that "no direct proposal has ever been made" to Ancelotti.
