Four-times sports photographer of the year Andy chooses this capture of Frank Lampard scoring for England against Spain as his standout selection...
?This remote camera shot of Frank Lampard scoring the only goal at Wembley on Saturday against Spain is my image of the week. Not because of its photographic merit but because it is my 'get out of jail' card.
After spending the week leading up to this game photographing the England team training, going to the game the one picture you want to capture is the winning goal.
I was seated out wide behind the goal as Darren Bent headed the ball onto the post. My view was obstructed by the post and netting and I didn't get a clean shot of the goal.
However, my remote camera behind the net was perfectly placed to capture this wonderful image. A classic poachers goal, Frank can be seen heading the ball over an empty line.
Remote cameras are notoriously unreliable but its a great angle when they do work.
