Now, of course times and dates are subject to change as the TV companies dictate specific fixtures, but assuming nothing changes then, we finish with an away game against Everton on May 22 with Newcastle our final home fixture a week before.
Due to licence restrictions, Chelsea-Mad cannot print the full fixture list here but we will face the likes of Manchester United at home on December 18 and away on May 7.
Arsenal come to the Bridge on October 2 and away on Boxing Day.
