Petr Cech will move across to north London rivals Arsenal at the end of the month.
The 33-year-old stopper's contract ends on June 31.
He is reported to have said: "First I have to agree with the club what the conditions would be for leaving.
"Next week we will have a meeting with Chelsea.
"At the moment it is with my agent. When it is clearer and all the cards are on the table, we will decide."
Arsenal are in pole position as Cech is keen to stay in London. While Spurs could be a shock contender as the future of Hugo Lloris is in doubt.
Cech has been told he can go to whichever club he wishes to, but the Blues would prefer he moved out of the Premier League rather than to a domestic rival.
