And Joe Cole has seen enough to declare: "He is brilliant and I can't speak highly enough about how he has been playing for us. He is probably the best keeper I have ever seen.
"We have got two keepers who are world-class and are very lucky in that department.
"The back four as well have been magnificent, and against Moscow the midfield and the strikers all defended well."
And to think Cech is only 22! The big man himselft also had a few things to say about his performance...
Cech reflected: "In the first half I made a couple of saves which were very important for us because they could have equalised and then it would have been much harder for us.
"From the beginning of the season it has been a bit like I am almost a spectator, and then have to so something. I think I played well."
