The design of Chelsea's 2022/23 third kit has been leaked online - although much of the discussion on social media has centred around the club's sponsor, Three, rather than the design of the shirt itself.
The Blues have been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons of late, with owner Roman Abramovich sanctioned by the UK Government and EU because of his close relationship with Russia president Vladimir Putin, who has overseen the barbaric invasion of Ukraine.
Shirt sponsors Three have temporarily suspended their partnership with Chelsea while billionaire investors jostle for position to buy the club, removing their branding from the club's kits for the foreseeable future.
But while their immediate relationship with Chelsea is up in the air, it's expected that Three will continue their partnership next season once Abramovich is no longer associated with the Blues - and leaked designs from the usually reliable Footy Headlines have offered an insight to what may be in store next.
Manufactured by Nike, Chelsea's third kit will be the final shirt released for fans to buy - likely in September - and combines a 'Sesame' (gold) base colour with black and orange trim on the sleeves. There is also a black rear collar panel but very little other design features of note.
The leak comes a month after designs of next season's home kit appeared online, suggesting Chelsea will don a royal blue shirt with a single button neck. There is also turquoise detailing on the collar, with the same colour also outlining the Nike swoosh - all tied together by a white Three logo.
