Chelsea have confirmed that deals to sign youngsters David Datro Fofana and Andrey Santos have now been completed.
The Blues announced prior to the January window that a transfer was sealed for striker Fofana, while midfielder Santos' deal was confirmed by former side Vasco de Gama on Friday.
Chelsea have now announced that the duo will join up with Graham Potter's squad after finalising their respective moves to Stamford Bridge.
Regarding Fofana, a Chelsea statement read: "Chelsea Football Club has finalised the transfer of David Datro Fofana from Norwegian champions Molde, with the young striker signing a contract until 2029 with an option to extend for a further year."
On completing the move to Stamford Bridge, Fofana said: "Hello dear fans, I’m here, I’ve arrived well and I’m very happy to sign for the club of my dreams. I’ll see you soon on the pitch, cheers!"

Announcing Santos' transfer, Chelsea said: "Chelsea have completed the signing of teenage midfielder Andrey Santos from Brazilian club Vasco da Gama."
On signing for Chelsea, Santos said: "It’s a very big opportunity for me. This is a big club playing in big competitions like the Premier League so I am very excited. The players here are so good and I am very happy to be here."
