The player is in his last year of his contract and Mancester City boss Mark Hughes has said that the striker is keeping his options open and the club might not be able to keep him. They have made him an offer they believe he should be at, but it's not in their hands.
Chelsea need another quality striker and a £8m bid is on the table.
