Kevin De Bruyne is a Chelsea player.
The winger signed on the dotted line yesterday and will be officially announced by the SW6 club this afternoon.
It's a five-year deal worth £7 to his club Racing Genk.
De Bruyne, 20, will return to Racing Genk in Belgium for the remainer of the season on loan, so don't expect to see him in a blue shirt anytime soon.
The winger is expected to compete for the left side berth and bring much-needed guile to Chelsea's attacking play.
But the major sticking point is if the lad will ever get a game under boss Andre Villa-Boas's reign at Stamford Bridge.
Villas-Boas made it perfectly clear that De Bruyne was a club signing and not one of his.
It does beg the question about where responsibility for team selection lies and Villas-Boas is setting his case out clearly that he is not responsible for the arrival of De Bruyne.
