JT missed the weekend's match against Kazakhstan with a recurring back injury and he failed to recover in time to fly out tomorrow to face Belarus.
Ashley Cole has apparently developed a hamstring problem and also misses the match.
Cole was the subject of abuse from large sections of the Wembley crowd following his horror mistake which saw the opposition score.
