Ivory Coast international Drogba is said to be keen on coming to West London, although any transfer would be unlikely to take place until next week as Drogba is currently on holiday in Florida.
And Marseille have revealed that they are more than willing to do business with Chelsea- for the right price! Marseille sporting director Pape Diouf revealed: "Didier is a magnificent striker and it would have been great for us to keep him.
"But we took the decision in the interests of the club. If we sell him, we can buy three international players for the same money."
With Hernan Crespo said to be on his way out today, Marseille can hold out for as close as possible to their £25 million valuation... another great bit of business by Peter Kenyon!
