Didier Drogba won't contest the coin-throwing charge handed to him by The FA.
Drogba threw a coin back into the crowd following his goal in last Wednesday's Carling Cup defeat to Burnley at Stamford Bridge.
Drogba scored at the Shed end which housed 6,000 Burnley fans.
The incident was caught on TV and Drogba has decided not to attempt to challenge the charge.
He has issued an apology but that won't cut much ice with The FA bigwigs who will give the hitman a minimum three-match ban.
Had Drogba contested the issue and still found guilty, that would have counted against him and another couple of matches would have been added to the sentence.
The cut and dry hearing will be held tomorrow.
