Eidur passes medical

Eidur Gudjohnsen has passed his medical and will be unveiled as a Barcelona player later today.
It marks the end of the Icelandic striker's glitering six-year career at the Bridge which saw the 27-yer-old play 263 times and score 86 goals.
Eidur has signed a four-year deal worth £8m to Chelsea who bought him for £4m from Bolton Wanderers.
