“If he divides training into sessions, each session is exactly the length he plans for it.
“Everything in training seems to be related to how you move into a game, keeping possession, switching play, how he sees football and wants to play football.
“We came in on the first day, and knew our schedule for the next four, five weeks. We were told if anything changes, you’ll be told by the Friday the week before so you always know what you’re doing the week after.
“In the training sessions there is not one minute of standing still. You used to be able to go and have a drink but now, everyone trains, there’s one minute, everyone drinks, then you all move on to the next thing.
“There’s great organisation. Everybody around the training ground, everybody off the training ground, everybody seems to know what we’re going into training with.”
