Paul Clement has been sacked by Derby County after just eight months into his first top job.
'Clem' as he was known around Stamford Bridge in his early coaching days got the bullet with Derby County free falling from the top of the Championship.
Clement got his UEFA A pro licence in 1999 and in 2000 started his coaching career with Fulham before moving to Stamford Bridge in 2007 and workdhis way through the youth ranks, starting with the U-16.
He joined up with the first team under Guus Hiddink in 2009 then with Carlo Carlo Ancelotti.
He had a stint at Blackburn Rovers before following Ancelotti to Paris St -Germain and then onto Real Madrid.
He branched out on his own at Derby County.
He lasted just eight months.
