They are angered by the manner in which Jose Mourinho has been sacked by Peter Kenyon, Chelsea's chief executive.
They will demand the sacking of Kenyon by Roman Abramovich and the re-instament of Mourinho.
Should their call go unheeded, they plan to protest inside Stamford Bridge at Chelsea's next home game against Fulham on September 29.
