Sven-Goran Eriksson has called up Glen Johnson for this Saturday's England international against Denmark. It is Young Glen's first call up to the full squad, at the tender age of nineteen.
Sven-Goran Eriksson was in attendance to see Johnson open the scoring in Chelsea's 5-0 thrashing of Newcastle on Sunday, and was obviously impreesed.
Fellow Chelsea players, Wayne Bridge, Frank Lampard, Joe Cole and John Terry were also called up.
Wayne Bridge claimed two assits against Newcaslte, Frank Lampard got another goal to his tally from the spot, John Terry was stand in captain and Joe Cole ran riot as a late substitute.
Rumoured Chelsea target Scott Parker also got a call up.
