Gallas said "I am really disappointed and I am not the only one.
"I have the feeling that we are reliving the same scenario as last year. We string to gether one drawn match after the other, despite dominating them, and we can't manage to find the solution.
"I am going to launch an appeal, and if any can come up with the answer, can they please get in touch with me." he joked.
Speaking about the Arsenal game, Gallas added "We ought to have taken the three points as we were 11 against 10 after Patrick Vieira was sent off after 48 minutes.
"But we did not know how to profit from our superiority. I'm the first to say when I haven't performed well but, on this occasion, I'm happy with my display."
