With talks between Steven Gerrard's agent and Liverpool stalling, Chelsea have relaunched their bid for the midfielder.

It's being reported that an intial bid of £32m has been lodged at Anfield from the Chelsea paymasters.

But that offer has being rebuffed and Chelsea will have to up their British record bid even highter to secure their coveted playmaker.
