Eden Hazard is looking forward the the rash of fixtures leading up to the New Year but knows that winning their home games is vital.
The Blues are 11 points adrift of Manchester City in third spot but have a chance tonight to close the gap.
The Blues face Swansea City tonight at the Bridge before another home match on Saturday, this time against Newcastle United.
This is quickly followed by a visit of Atletico Madrid in the Champions League before tricky away ties at West Ham and Huddersfield Town.
Then it's three more matches before Christmas, home games against Southampton and Bournemouth, before a trip to Merseryside to face Everton.
The year ends with home matches against Brighton and Stoke.
It's this crucial period that Hazard sees as vital to any successes this season and is boosted in confidence by the point won at Liverpool at the weekend.
He said: "There are lots of home games coming up. But when we are at home me try and must give everything.
“When we go away also. If we want to achieve something we have to win our games at Stamford Bridge." He acknowledges it will be tough:
"We have everything to do well, the players and fans. We have to be ready for this period because it is a tough one for us.
"This time will be crucial for sure. I don't know whether we can catch Manchester City because they are very good this season. We will see. But when we are at home we have to give everything to win all of the games.
“We lost at home already against Burnley and Manchester City so we don't want to concede a a lot of points. We need to win every home game, we will try to do that.”
