Cheers, Andy for your thoughts.
What do you think of Hull City's chances against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge?
A repeat of last season's draw is the best we can realistically hope
for - Chelsea just don't lose at home. We'll enjoy the opening day no
matter what. The most disappointed fans will be those who can't get
tickets.
What Chelsea player(s) do you fear most - if any?
Frank Lampard was superb in last season's game at the KC Stadium. He
was always making space for himself so we couldn't stop him doing the
damage.
Where do you think the Blues will finish next season in the league?
I'm going to stick my neck on the line and say Chelsea will finish in
the top four.
Do you think Hull will continue on their downward spiral from the end
of last season or is Phil Brown going to turn things around?
The form book has been hanging over our heads for months but that's
gone now.
All clubs start the season level and form guides and league
positions mean nothing for the first few weeks.
The fixture list has dealt us a good chance to pick up some points in the first couple of months of the season (after the opening game, of course) before a
tough winter schedule. Hopefully we can get through that with
confidence still intact, unlike last season, and fare better in the
run-in.
Phil Brown's made positive comments about improving our attacking
options, and the names we've been linked with (Fraizer Campbell,
Marc-Antoine Fortuné, Marlon Harewood, Kevin Nolan) are encouraging.
