Nijman told Sky Sports News: "I have not spoken to journalists about it. There has been no contact whatsoever between Barcelona and me and, as far as I know, no contact between Barcelona and Chelsea.
"Jimmy loves Chelsea and loves the fans and London is a great city
"It is all speculation and Jimmy has no reason to consider a move at this moment."
Nijman's comments reiterate those of Hasselbaink himself, who said after Friday's 2-2 draw with Manchester United that he was not seeking a move away from Stamford Bridge.
However, both admitted that any genuine interest from a club such as Barcelona would be flattering and have to be considered.
Nijman added: "If a club like Barcelona would really come any player would listen, it is a normal reaction but Jimmy has never indicated he wants to leave."
