The former CSKA Moscow midfielder, is hoping a deal to take him to Birmingham can be completed soon.
He said: "I think it should not be a problem for Birmingham to take over my contract with Chelsea, it is not anything too demanding.
"I would probably not go somewhere to worsen my financial conditions.
"I have not decided definitely. I would prefer a loan, hopefully Chelsea are not thinking about a transfer.
"I am waiting to hear the opinion of coach Jose Mourinho - he is the key person to decide."
Jarosik, 27, joined the Blues in January and played only three Premiership matches.
