The FA has decided that Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho won't be subject to any disciplinary action after they cleared him of making discriminatory comments towards then club doctor Eva Carneiro.
A member of the public has complained to the footballing authority regarding alleged comments Mourinho is said to have made to Carneiro following her and physio Jon Fearn's treatment of Eden Hazard during the 2-2 draw with Swansea Cit's at Stamford Bridge on August 8.
With Chelsea already one-man down down due to the sending off of goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, the Blues were effectively down to nine-men when following treatment, Hazard had to leave the pitch before returning to action.
Carneiro subsequently had her role at the club downgraded although she kept her job title.
It's believed she never returned to work and is now considering her legal position.
