Jose said "Joe scored an important goal, gave us dynamism and played really well in an attacking sense. But when he scored the goal, then the game finished for him.
"After that, I needed 11 players for my defensive organisation but I only had 10. He has a lot to learn. I think he has two faces - one beautiful and one that I don't like. He must keep one of them and change the other one."
And, rather than throwing a hissy fit at the criticism, Joey is willing to take it on board. He revealed: "The manager just wants to make me a better player so I'll sit down to talk to him about it and listen to whatever he has to say."
"I am just trying to get in the box more but its easy to score goals when you have that kind of delivery. New managers can work miracles. Now we are right up there with Arsenal and we have got to keep going."
