He told Chelseafc.com: "I'm very glad that I'm here. It's a fantastic club with a great history and has a good team.
"I've got the best record in the history of PSV. I just need some time and the supporters need to be patient but I'm sure it will be okay."
Kezman's record at PSV was 105 goals in 122 games!
And Kezman also spoke to Uefa.com yesterday, and admitted he is willing to be patient in order to gain his spot in the side: "A club like Chelsea, for whom winning is a must, will play 60 matches a season and therefore needs four strikers.
"I will have to fight strongly to gain a place, something which will only make me stronger. I know I will be sitting on the bench at times but this doesn't worry me because I know that I have been bought to play."
Kezman also revealed that Chelsea had first made an approach 12 months ago.
"We first had contact last summer but then everything calmed down. The new coach then told Chelsea officials he wanted me and that was enough to get the wheels rolling from my end again.
"From then, it took just 24 hours for the clubs to reach an agreement."
