It is reported that the hitman, who failed to emulate his PDV Eindhoven goalscoring feats for the Blues last season,
is thinking about a move away from Stamford Bridge.
The 26-year-old is thought to be a target for Atletico Madrid.
"I don't have much to say, but I would like Chelsea to tell me what plans they have for me if they know what they want to do," Kezman told Marca newspaper.
"What I want to do is play, but the coach Jose Mourinho must decide that."
He added: "When I was with PSV Eindhoven, I had some great seasons and scored a lot of goals.
"I showed what I am worth and I want to carry on showing that wherever I am."
Kezman scored seven goals in 41 appearances for Chelsea last season.
