Quite simply, we are a better side now because the players play for each other and we are more solid as a unit. But don't let me ruin the surprise- here's Frank to explain all: "We've tried to stay tighter defensively this year, making it more difficult for teams to play through us and maybe that has led to less pressure on the back four."

Frank, speaking on Chelsea TV, continued "The main thing is that everyone works hard for each other and that's the real reason we've done well so far. The minute we stop working hard is when the goals start going in."

Despite not being the most philosophical person, Frank is certainly a key performer for the Blues. And he does work extremely hard for his teammates. Lets hope the boys don't stop working hard this weekend just because we are playing Shrewsbury- look what happened to Everton...
