Reports linking Chelsea to Royal Antwerp striker Ibrahim Yattara have been circulating on the continent and, despite not making a formal approach yet, they are believed to be favourites to beat a whole host of European clubs to his signature. Antwerp secretary Paul Bistiaux claims that "I am not aware of any interest from Chelsea Football Club but it is perfectly feasible". He goes on to describe Yattara an "excellent player" despite the players' recent injury troubles.

It is believed that the 21-year-old will leave Antwerp in the summer, although these rumours were uncorfirmed at time of press.
