Brighton & Hove Albion star Leandro Trossard has revealed that he has not been in contact with Chelsea amid rumours linking him with the Blues.
Trossard has been in exceptional form this season, scoring seven Premier League goals already and propelling Brighton up to sixth in the table.
90min understands that his former manager at Brighton, Graham Potter, is keen on a reunion at Stamford Bridge, while ex-Seagulls director Dan Ashworth would like Trossard at Newcastle.
Speaking to HLN, Trossard has stated that he has not been in contact with the west London club over a proposed move.
"Chelsea have in any case not yet reported. Not with Brighton and not with me. I have to wait and see. I want to finish strong at Brighton and leave for Qatar with that good feeling," he said.
This isn't the first time the Belgian has commented on a potential move to Chelsea to re-link up with Potter. In an interview with Het Nieuwsblad earlier in the season, Trossard said: "Our coach did leave for Chelsea now but speculation about me following him makes no sense.
"If the opportunity arises, I want to go. But I want to play and not sit on the bench."
