Chelsea-Mad just loves this time of year.
It's when we all can start creating our own Chelsea dream team - getting rid of players you hate or just don't fit into side and bringing in those players you feel will make the Blues world-beaters.
The fun thing is that the Chelsea football board also get that feeling.
The trouble for them is reality kicks in and while we all listen and read about the likes of Kaka, Wesley Sneijder an Neymar rocking up in their supercars at training, those poor old souls at boardroom level have to go out and do something about it.
Of course it's easier to get rid of player and managers - "Contract's up, Sonny - thanks but no thanks. Black bag is outside your locker - clear it out and leave the key at reception."
So is Kaka, Wesley Sneijder an Neymar or today's latest offering a £9m bid with Belgian side Racing Genk for 19-year-old left-sided winger Kevin de Bruyne.
Or quite possibly Chelsea is battling it out with Manchester United and Barcelona to sign Udinese's Alexis Sanchez, 22, for £30m.
See, it's infectious - who would you want the chief executive Ron Gourlay to splash the cash on?
Have your say in the messageboard now.
