Spanish big spenders Malaga are ready to take out-of-form forward Fernando Torres off of Chelsea's hands.
The ?50million flop has struggled to get into the starting XI at Chelsea this season and seemingly wants to leave Stamford Bridge.
While Chelsea want to keep Torres until the end of the season in order to cover Didier Drogba and Salomon Kalou when the pair depart for the African Cup of Nations in January, a big offer could change their stance.
Malaga are ready to pay ?30million for the Spanish International, who Chelsea paid an additional ?20million for when he signed from Liverpool a year ago.
According to the Metro, Malaga who currently sit in 7th place in La Liga will make a move in January.
The Qatati-owned club splashed the cash in the summer and are hoping to do so again in January in order to achieve Champions League football for next season.
