Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho will play at the Stadium of Light, in Lisbon on on 17 July.
They then head west to America on 19 July and play two games against Italian side and AC Milan.
A 12-day trip to Boston, Washington and New York will also involve a match against a Major League Soccer side.
