Notts County have completed the loan signing of Chelsea midfielder Conor Clifford, reports BBC Radio Nottingham.Clifford, 19, moves to Meadow Lane on a one-month deal but with an expectation by both Notts and Chelsea that it will be extended to the end of the season.
He was on loan at Plymouth earlier this term but the deal could not be extended because of their transfer embargo.
Clifford is in his third full season with Chelsea and was captain of the team that won the FA Youth Cup in 2010.
Clifford has won 21 international caps with the Republic of Ireland at Under-17, Under-18 and Under-21 level.
Notts also hope to complete the loan signings of two players with Championship clubs in the coming days.
