The Argentina international is set to end his stay in Sicily this summer with Chelsea, Real and Barca all in the race to acquire the highly-rated 22-year-old playmaker.
Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini confirmed on Wednesday that there was only a 10 per cent chance that Pastore would remain with the Sicilian outfit next season with an unnamed club having already made a 50million euros bid (?45.1million) to acquire his services.
Pastore's agent Marcelo Simonian corroborated what Zamparini had said when he told Gazzetta dello Sport: "It's true, there is someone that wants him at that price.
"This is the basis, hence, the price will absolutely not be lowered.
"If anyone wants him they can contact us. Pastore is calm and never asks me about the (transfer) market, we speak about other things."
Pastore joined Palermo in 2009 from Huracan for 19million euros (?17.1million) and was the team's leading scorer in Serie A last season with 11 goals.
He is under contract with Palermo until June 2015.
