Rosicky is tipped to be one of the stars of Euro 2004 with the Czech Republic and, at the age of 23, he has his best years ahead of him.

But talk of a move to Chelsea is only coming from his camp, as his agent claimed: "We ran out of time. Dortmund play a big match on Friday against Schalke. We can't tell them on Thursday Rossicky will be going."

But he added: "Talks are continuing. Tomas has been made an offer and I went to London too. And it wasn't for a chat with the Queen."
