Seba's The World's Best

Speaking about Seba, Claudio said "Veron is the best midfielder in the world. He is a top player and he will play better with us, but there is a gamble for me. If I get it wrong I will be sacked."

Seba himself admitted that he was surprised by United's decision, adding "The decision had already been made and I left my fate in their hands to do what they wanted. I don't have to prove my abilities to anyone.

"I think Mr Ranieri is exaggerating somewhat, but his words are a very big motivation to me."

What do you mean- Claudio never exagerates!!

Claudio now feels a bit more content with his squad, saying "I'm very happy with my squad. Rome wasn't built in a day but I will work very hard to build Rome.

"Every day I try to build my squad, but right now my focus is the preliminary round of the Champions League. I have asked Mr Abramovich for 22 players - two for every position. If we want to fight for everything we have to have strength in every position."

And he was delighted with the Joe Cole signing "Joe Cole is a fantastic young player.

"I watched him two years ago and spoke to John Terry, Frank Lampard and Paolo di Canio about him. Everyone told me he was ready for Chelsea."

Cole admitted that it was a tough decision to leave West Ham, but one that he would have done anyway this summer- regardless of relegation. He said "It was probably the hardest decision of my life to leave but there are exciting things going on at Chelsea.

"I honestly don't think I would have stayed even if West Ham had stayed up because I feel the time was right for me to move on. I felt I had gone as far as I can as a player there."

So, they've been unveiled to the press, they'll do the stuff with Chelsea TV- now we just need them to do an interview with Chelsea Mad... I wish!!
