Sparky offered Chelsea hot seat

Mark Hughes has leapt to the top of the bookies list to be installed as Chelsea's new manager.
It's believed that Sparky has been offered the job and is mulling over his future at Blackburn Rovers.
Reports had Hughes moving down the road to Manchester City. Blackburn had given him permission to speak to the club.
But such is the hatred of Sparky among City supporters due to his Manchester United connections that it'as almost certain that he will return to Stamford Bridge where he once graced the shirt at the later part of his career.
It will be a remarkable move for Hughes who loves living in the North West.
When at Chelsea Sparky would often get a lift after training from the Harlington training ground to Heathrow and catch a plane back to Manchester.
He would be home quicker than some of the other players.
A decision is expected within 24 hours from Stamford Bridge.
Should Hughes decide that London is too far to move to or if he is unhappy with the job specification offered, then Chelsea will make the shock move for Frank Rijkaard who had earlier been dismissed from Barcelona and dismissed by the bookies.
Now it seems he's back in the frame.
