Squad For Asia Cup

Left at home are William Gallas, Marcel Desailly and Geremi, all of whom took part in the recent Confederations Cup. Other players to miss out are Manu Petit, who is working on his fitness, and Graeme Le Saux. Le Saux's exclusion from the squad surely means it is the end of the line for him at Chelsea.

Speculation this weekend suggests that Sauxy WILL sign for Southampton, despite interest from Portsmouth.
