One of Chelsea Mad's growing band of US fans Amanda Pesqueira will be jetting into London next week to see her beloved Chelsea play for the first time LIVE.
Here is Amanda's story of how she fell in love with the Blues.
Well, my name is Amanda. I'm an 18 year old girl born and raised in Southern California.
At five I started playing football and have played and loved the game ever since.
In 2000, I was at my grandmother's house and turned on a football match.
I had never watched much professional football because I really wasn't interested in the MLS.
Being the typical girl, I picked the blue team to win because blue was and still is my favourite colour.
From then on I watched all of their matches.
I came to love Chelsea Football Club and I am continually learning about the history of the club.
Love of the club here in California means getting up at 0400 to watch the big matches against the likes of United.
It is completely worth the early mornings! I watch Chelsea religiously.
I've even got a Chelsea tattoo on my hip. To many here in America, I'm crazy but to my fellow football friends, I'm just Chelsea Till I Die.
Recently, I've been able to connect with fellow fans via Facebook and Twitter.
It's great to be able to converse with people all over the world who follow and love Chelsea.
I've brought up the idea of some sort of banner at the Bridge because there are so many fans connected with the 'Chelsea Twitter Army'.
If nothing else, I'd love for us to get some shirts made up that we can wear in our respective towns.
In a few days' time, I'll be on a flight to London to see my first match at Stamford Bridge.
To say I'm excited would be an understatement.
I'm told that I will be in awe of the Bridge and I'm sure I will be.
I can't wait to go to Stamford Bridge and cheer on the Chelsea boys. I've waited a long time to get to West London and I'm ecstatic to finally get there.
Love Amanda
Amanda will be writing in Chelsea-Mad about her experiences at SW6.
