Thomas Tuchel has been fined £35,000 and banned from the touchline for one game for improper conduct during the 2-2 draw between Chelsea and Tottenham last weekend.
Antonio Conte has been fined £15,000 for his role in the incident, which saw the two managers come to blows during a fiery contest at Stamford Bridge.
The pair both accepted their behaviour during the draw was 'improper', the FA's statement reads, and they each requested a paper hearing.
Tuchel's one-match suspension is currently suspended pending written reasons from an independent regulatory commission, meaning he will be in the dugout for Chelsea's trip to Leeds on Sunday.
While both managers played down their clash after the game, Tuchel took issue with the performance of referee Anthony Taylor for missing incidents in the buildup to Tottenham's goals.
The German said, "Maybe it would be better" if Taylor didn't referee Chelsea games in the future and added that a number of his players had concerns over the officiating. The FA then launched an investigation into the comments.
