Chelsea are the latest side to be linked with a move for the midfield star, with manager Andre Villas-Boas admitting he has other targets in mind in case their move for Luka Modric fails.
Arsenal were reported to be considering a bid for Vidal, while Serie A duo Juventus and Napoli have also been credited with an interest.
Leverkusen insist they will not sell to a Bundesliga rival, with Bayern Munich known to be keen, and will not lower their valuation should any team from outside Germany make an official approach.
The former Colo-Colo player insists he is more than happy at the BayArena and would only depart if a deal can be reached which suits all parties.
Vidal told Kicker: "I do not have any problem playing on for Bayer Leverkusen. I am able to see out my current contract and play Champions League football with Bayer in the new season.
"However, should any move take place I would only do it if every party involved would be able to leave the negotiating table with a smile on their face.
"I am very thankful Bayer Leverkusen handed me the chance to make a career in Europe, this is why I am longing for a perfect solution."
