We are not buying in January, Says Carlo

Last updated : 12 December 2009 By Paul Lagan

Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that Chelsea will NOT be buying in January.
“I don’t know how many times I need to say this,  but we will not buy in January 100%”
It kind of begs the reason why Chelsea bothered to ask UEFA to allow them to continue to trade players in January after they were handed a two-year banning order for irregular activities in signing French youngster Gael Kakuta.
All that is going to happen now, is that when the appeal is finally heard - if Chelsea lose it - the ban will start then.
Weird and wonderful Chelsea shoot themselves in the foot again.
But if Chelsea do buy, then what credibility will Ancelotti have then.
Perhaps Carlo is not now and not in the future going to be privy to the comings and goings of players.

Do you agree?

Should Chelsea buy in January if they have the chance?

If yes. who should they go for?

Have your say in the messageboard now.
