Willian: Happy to be a Blue

It's good to see the Blues are buying yet another player who isn't a striker.

Willian put pen to paper on a £30m, five-year  feal today after receiving a work permit.

The  25-year-old Brazilian playmakeR said:  "I'm very happy to be here, it's been a dream of mine to come and play here,"

Willian, who will wear the number 22 shirt, added: "Chelsea are one of the best clubs in the world and now I'm going to play for one of the best managers in the world. I'm very happy and looking forward to it," he added.

So what now for some of the other non-striking players like Victor Moses and Juan Mata?

Moses is almost certainly going to be jettisoned with a loan move to a non-rival an ideal option.

Liverpool would like the former Wigan Athletic and Crystal Palace player on a season-long loan, while the Eagles might also be tempted to bring Jim back to Selhurst Park, again on a loan.

Mata is more intriguing. Arsenal woullove e him, Chelsea would not stand in his way if a £35m offer came their way, especially if Mata said he wanted to go.

The Spain midfielder has not yet made up his mind what he wants from this season, and will probably stay at SW6 until at least the next transfer window in the New Year.

By then, his position in the team with be much clearer - should Nose Mourinho that him as a now-and-again squad player while the likes of Eden Hazard and Oscar take centre-stage,t then he will most likely be off
