Yossi Benayoun anf Florent Malouda are heading towards the Stamford Bridge exit.
With just a day left in the transfer window, the pair look set to be on their way to north London to Arsenal in a joint deal worth £22m.
Both are now down the pecking order with Benayoun playing just a minute for the Blues this season with just 10 starts last season.
However Spurs could come into the fray if they decide to use The Israel captain as part of a deal that would see Luka Modric move the other way to SW6 in a player plus cash deal.
But it's the Gunners who are in desperate need for the talented midfielder following their humiliating 8-2 loss at Old Trafford.
The have also lost Cesc Fabregas and Nasri in recent weeks. The arrival of Juan Mata from Valencia almost certainly ends the west London career of Malouda, who ironically has made an impressive start this season for Chelsea.
