Emmanuel Petit has undergone further knee surgery on the injury which ha plagued him all season. He won't be playing again this season, but will he play for Chelsea again?

Already he is talking about next season and how he will leave if Ranieri does.

Petit has been restricted to just 7 appearances this season, and his last game was away at Blackburn.

But with Scott Parker, Geremi and Claude Makelele all being able to play in the Petit role, will he be needed anyway????
